Dear Members, We would like to bring it to your notice that last date of filing of Unified Annual Return under Labour Laws for the year 2019 is extended upto 30th April 2020. The Ministry of Labour and Employment has stated that the last date for filing online Annual Returns for the year 2019 is extended in view of the spread of novel Coronoa virus (COVID 19). Annual Returns were to be filed from 1 st of January to 1 st of February 2020 under 8 Labour Law Acts and 10 Central Rules in Shram Suvidha Portal is extended.
Accordingly, all Regional Heads are requested to not take any legal action for non-filing of Annual Returns for the year 2019 against the establishments. This was issued vide F.No.14(112)/2013/Coord-IT Cell dated 20.03.2020 by Government of India, Ministry of Labour and Employment Office of the Chief Labour Commissioner (C).
